Indiana Cell Phone Laws

Every state in the country is allowed to create its own laws for driving and cellphone usage. When it comes to texting, the nation has basically come to an agreement that it is absolutely dangerous. That is why the state of Indiana has banned it as a practice while driving. Furthermore, Indiana has also made it illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to even use a phone while driving, elevating its level of road safety. Only those who are above the age of 18 can talk on their cellphones while they are in the driver's seat. Choosing not to follow these laws will result in a fine.
