DUI Violations

Like most states in the country, Indiana has chosen three different blood alcohol levels that its residents must abide by. Drivers won't need to adhere to these restrictions simultaneously; there are just three separate factions that are monitored differently. Commercial drivers, for example, have a low blood alcohol content restriction at just .04 percent. General drivers in Indiana, on the other hand, are allowed to have a BAC that is up to but not .08 percent. IN residents under the age of 21, though under the drinking age, are allowed to have a BAC of .02 percent, as the state allows alcohol consumption for religious purposes.
